Job Description

  • We are looking for a number of certified or trained freshers for our Shared Services delivery. As a fresher you will have to be pass out from 2022/2023 batch in any of the graduate stream.
  • You should have basic understanding of Infrastructure Management domain along with good communication skills. As a fresher, you will be open to learn, flexible and carry a positive mind set.

Eligibility

  • Education Qualification: Non-Technical Graduates having customer handling experience are preferable.
  • BPS Customer Service / Customer Handling experience, Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), Excellent computer proficiency, Comfortable with 24/7 working environment / Comfortable with Flexible-offs.
  • Open to work in Shifts
