  • 🧾 Respond to employee queries related to onboarding, benefits, employment verifications, etc.

  • 🗃️ Maintain and update HRIS with high accuracy and timely processing of team member records.

  • 🌎 Own and support global HR projects – culture, training, engagement.

  • 🤝 Partner with managers to drive people strategy and HR processes.

  • 📂 Process new hires including documentation, system setups, and onboarding reviews.

  • 💰 Support payroll and benefits enrollment processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • 💬 Liaise with payroll teams to ensure smooth salary payments.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • 🎓 Strong academic record from school and preferably university.

  • 💼 Prior internship or entry-level HR experience (preferred, not mandatory).

  • 🗣️ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

  • 🧠 Ability to handle complex tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
